We are back on the track on Saturday, July 22nd, 2023, hosting “Jeo-PARDy,” our second and third games of the season against Royal City Roller Derby and Kingston Roller Derby.
Doors open at 3:30 PM, with the first game starting at 4:00 PM, followed by Game 2 at 6:30 PM. Tickets are $10 in advance by sending an e-transfer to ptboareard@gmail.com or $15 at the door. Kids under 12 are free and this is a family friendly event.

Those interested in volunteering, officiating or learning more about becoming a non-skating official with the league are encouraged to get in touch through our Facebook page. Space is still available for vendors at the event.

We are always looking for new skaters and skating referees, with opportunities for all genders. The next Derby 101 program is scheduled later in the year, and will cater to both absolute beginner skaters and to those who already have strong quad roller skating skills. Starting May 2, 2023, PARD will be hosting an open scrimmage the first Tuesday of each month from 6:30 – 8:30 PM at the Douro Arena (please arrive early enough to be geared up and on the track by 6:30).

The Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA) is proud to announce today that Peterborough Area Roller Derby (aka PARD) has been accepted as a full member of the WFTDA, the international governing body for the sport of women’s flat track roller derby and a member organization for leagues to collaborate and network. As a new member of the WFTDA, PARD joins the ranks of over 400 skater-owned-and-operated leagues worldwide that have united to lead the sport of women’s flat track roller derby. They can now enjoy the benefits of full WFTDA membership, including the ability to compete in sanctioned games that qualify for international WFTDA ranking in the next WFTDA competitive season.
